About Zilber Nutrition
Hi I’m Emily. I am an AuDHDer, triathlete, folk musician, dog mum and dietitian.
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University and I launched Zilber Nutrition because I want you to feel heard and supported along your nutrition journey. I wanted to create a space where every body and brain is welcomed. I am walking the journey alongside you.
My goal is to bring a thoughtful and down-to-earth approach to nutrition, working collaboratively with you to build sustainable, realistic plans that support your goals.
I support people across a broad range of nutrition concerns with a particular interest in neuro-affirming, weight-inclusive care. I work alongside individuals living with chronic health conditions, navigating burnout or seeking support around disordered eating.
As a neurodivergent practitioner, I tailor my approach to each person’s unique brain and body, helping you build confidence and clarity in managing nutrition long-term.
Whether you’re seeking more energy, more ease, or a clearer path forward, my approach is practical, inclusive and grounded in respect for all bodies and minds.

Our first appointment together will be 60 minutes. I will be asking you a lot of questions but this is all about me getting to know you so that everything we work on together can be tailored to your needs.
We will go at your pace and we don’t have to talk about anything you’re not comfortable with just yet.
I will ask about:
Your reasons for coming to see me.
Your medical history.
What your current diet and lifestyle looks like, what you’ve tried and what has and hasn’t worked before.
Your symptoms - appetite, bowels etc.
What your day to day life looks like, during the week and weekends.
Any key challenges you may be facing.
Your goals - what do you want to work on? If you’re not sure - I can help guide this too.
-
I got you. Our first steps will be to understand what your current safe foods are and get you feeling comfortable within that. Any plans we make to move forward will be made together.
